Dr. Nahid Dave is a qualified Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist with a diverse range of expertise in mental health. She completed her MBBS and went on to achieve post-graduation in Psychiatry from LTMMC, Sion Hospital, where she received a Gold Medal from MUHS.
Dr. Dave is a certified "Mindfulness Trainer" with 100 hours of training under Mindfulness coach Shamash Alidinia, accredited by the Complementary Medical Association.

She has received training in REBT and CBT from the Albert Ellis Institute in New York, with an affiliated internship in Mumbai focusing on counseling techniques.
