Dr Nahid Dave has successfully completed 100 hours of training and is a qualified Mindfulness Teacher. The course is accredited by Complementary Medical Association.
She has trained with Shamash Alidinia, a renowned coach and author of 'The Mindful way through Stress' and 'Mindfulness for dummies'.

Mindfulness promises to help us create a non-reactive connection with our memories and emotions and help us re-experience them in an entirely different manner.
It has been found to have direct application as a form of therapy in Anxiety, Depression , Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Somatic Disorders.
